Frequently Asked Questions

I need to travel to South America for a conference, are you able to organise everything for me Flights, accommodation, transfers etc. ?

Yes we can make all of your travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and transfers.

I need to travel to South America for a business trip, can you suggest some places to visit after for leisure?

This will depend on where your business trip is held and how much additional time you have available. If visiting Santiago for business, you may like to add on a wine tour of the Casablanca and Maipo Valleys for a few days. From Buenos Aires you could head to Uruguay or spend a couple of days at a ranch or maybe even fly to El Calafate to discover the Patagonian Ice Fields (depending on the time of year). From Quito or Guayaquil it would be easy to add on a Galapagos cruise. Highlights such as Cusco, Machu Picchu and the Amazon could be organised after a business event in Lima. From Rio you could add on a few days at the beautiful town of Paraty or maybe fly to the Iguazu Falls.

I have a week to spare ?

We can certainly organise a week’s holiday for you before or after your business trip. Options will depend on where your business trip is based and how much additional flying you wish to include, and of course your interests. You may like to add on an action-packed itinerary to see as many highlights as possible or maybe you prefer to chill out at a beach resort or on a Galapagos cruise. The options are endless.

What types of corporate events can you suggest?

Corporate events range from conferences held in world-class conference centres to golfing trips, wine-tasting tours, team building treks such as the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu through to achievement incentive trips that could be anything from a resort stay in Costa Rica or Mexico’s Cancun to the ultimate reward of an Antarctic cruise.
