Arrival in Ushuaia & Disembarkation from Ushuaia
For passengers arriving into Ushuaia, Day One of your itinerary is embarkation day so we recommend booking your flights in the day before. Please contact your agent to discuss flight options, accommodation and touring in your arrival city. On the day of disembarkation we highly recommend that you book your flights to depart after 12 noon. Please be aware that we will not be held responsible for the late arrival of the ship from your voyage.
⬤ FORMS
International Maritime Regulations require that we create a manifest for each expedition. To fulfill our obligation certain information is required. Below are a few forms that will need to be completed. Forms must be returned NO MORE THAN 100 days prior to departure.
ALL passengers must:
✔ Complete Passenger Details Form - this will be emailed to you by your booking agent to be completed online. This must be completed no later than 100 days prior to your voyage departure date.

Orders with Adventure Gear Rentals must be placed atleast two weeks before their embarkation date to ensure the delivery of items. Rental items will be delivered to your clients at the ship or to their hotel in Ushuaia prior to boarding the ship. They will be collected from them when your disembark at the end of their voyage.
