Chimu Adventures – Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of Promotion
   This promotion is a game of chance (“Sweepstakes”). Individuals who attend the New York Travel & Adventure Show 2026 in person and who submit their personal information via the designated QR code at the Chimu Adventures booth will be entered into a random drawing to win one (1) cruise berth for the Ocean Nova – Peninsula Explorers Expedition departing 16 November 2026. The berth is for one person, on a twin-share basis, and the winner will be paired with a traveler of the same gender. A travel companion may join the winner in the same cabin at the publicly advertised retail price.
2. Eligibility
   Open only to legal residents of the United States of America, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and contractors of Chimu Adventures Inc., their immediate family members, and any travel agents, trade partners, or individuals professionally affiliated with Chimu Adventures are not eligible.
3. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must:

• Attend the New York or San Francisco Travel & Adventure Show 2026 in person.
• Scan the QR code displayed at the Chimu Adventures booth.
• Submit the requested personal information, including the contact details used when purchasing their show ticket.
• Agree to receive marketing communications from Chimu Adventures.
  No purchase is required to enter or win. Limit one entry per person. Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries.

1. Use of Entries
   All entries become the property of Chimu Adventures Inc. By entering, participants grant Chimu Adventures the right to use their name for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
2. Privacy and Marketing Consent
   Entrants’ personal information will be collected and handled in accordance with applicable New York State and U.S. privacy laws. Entrants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting the appropriate state office or Chimu Adventures. By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and entry for promotional purposes and to receiving marketing communications from Chimu Adventures.
3. Prize Details
   The prize includes one (1) cruise berth on the Ocean Nova for the specified itinerary. The prize includes only the berth cost. All other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to: airfare, meals not included in the cruise, travel insurance, taxes, visas, passports, additional accommodation, personal expenses, tips, inoculations, and any other ancillary costs.
4. Prize Conditions
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
   • Any attempt to sell or transfer the prize will result in cancellation.
   • If the winner cannot travel on the specified departure date, the prize (or any unused portion) will be forfeited.
   • Chimu Adventures may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
   • Prize is subject to availability as determined by Chimu Adventures.
   • Winner must agree to and sign Chimu Adventures’ standard booking conditions.
   • Winner is responsible for obtaining valid travel documents and suitable travel insurance.
5. Changes or Cancellation
   Chimu Adventures reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if circumstances beyond its control make such action necessary.
6. Acceptance of Rules
   By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Chimu Adventures, which are final and binding.
7. Sponsor
   The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Chimu Adventures Inc.
8. Promotion Period
   Entries close at 11:59 PM ET on 5pm on March 22nd.
9. Winner Selection and Announcement
   The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries and announced on 3rd March, 2026. The winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry.
