Growing up in France, I first caught the travel bug while studying Tourism in Bordeaux. Soon after graduating, I had the opportunity to spend a year working and living in Florida and jumping in a plane during my days off soon became my favourite activity. After a few months, I booked a short vacation to Mexico, visiting Cancun, Playa Del Carmen and around. The culture, ancient ruins, stunning beaches and sensational cuisine... I could not get enough! Oh, and did I mention the people? I loved it so much I was back there for a second trip soon after. The highlight of my trip was beautiful Chichen Itza. The most famous and best restored of the Yucatán Maya sites is considered one of the "New Seven Wonders of the World". Not hard to believe when facing the impressive step pyramids. Tulum also took me back in time with its amazing Cliffside ruins from the old Mayan port. It was all breathtaking and left me wanting more.
Working for Chimu Adventures gives me the opportunity to develop my knowledge and growing fascination for Latin America. But let’s not forget about Antarctica, that is now on top of my bucket list!
